Custom Machining
Prop extensions are what we’re known for, but they’re far from all we make. From a PLA test-fit print to a 3D printed titanium part or a 5-axis machined component, if you can describe it, sketch it or send us a model, we’ll take a look. We can even design it for you.
If it flies, rolls or runs
We’ve made parts for drones, gliders, WWII warbirds (including rudder pedals and complete rudder assemblies), experimental and light sport aircraft, drag motorcycles, Model A Fords and other antique cars, and 2,000 hp engine test stands. That’s just a sample. If it flies, rolls or runs, there’s a good chance we’ve made something for one like it.
Design help
No drawing? No problem. Many of the parts we make started as a worn-out original, a photo or a sketch on a napkin. We can design the part for you in CAD, from reverse-engineering an obsolete piece to working out a brand-new bracket, and send you the model to approve before anything gets made.
3D scanning and scan-to-CAD. Don’t have a scan? We offer 3D scanning: send us the part and we’ll scan it and return it untouched. Already have a scan? Send it (STL, OBJ or PLY) and we can turn it into clean, accurate CAD for you, or take it all the way from scan to finished part.
